New siding materials are likely to be delivered the day prior to the start of installation.
On installation day, you can expect to be greeted by our friendly installation experts who will review the process ahead. At this time, they will ask you to secure any pets you have and recommend you remove breakable items on the exterior walls of your home.
Prepare the Site
The crew will begin with a complete removal of existing siding, including gutters, downspouts, light fixtures, and trim if these items are being replaced. Once the old siding is removed, we will inspect for any damage and make repairs as needed.
New Siding Installation
New siding installation begins with insulation for thermal protection, followed by the foundation cap to keep critters and bugs out of your home. Once the starter strip is installed, the siding panels are then custom cut and installed from the bottom to the top of the home. Mounting blocks for light fixtures and electrical boxes are then installed.
Multiple Day Installation
The installation process will continue with new fascia and soffit. Windows and doors will be wrapped in new custom trim. The finishing touches include items such as new gutters and downspouts. If your installation takes more than one day, our crew will clean up their work site, leaving you able to relax in your home at the end of each day.
After the installation is complete, our crew will clean up the installation site and haul away all job-related debris. We will do a walkthrough with you, to assure your complete satisfaction.
